When will my order ship and when can I expect to receive it?
Due to the vast technical and complexity of our product line not all items are stocked and available for immediate shipment. While we strive to have our most popular products in stock at all times, due to various reasons that is not always possible.
When you place an order using our online shopping cart your information will be submitted to our sales staff. Each order will then be reviewed for accuracy (proper fitment) and availability. One of the following two actions will then occur:
- If your order is available for immediate shipment your payment method will be processed and your order will ship. You will receive an email confirming your order details immediately. Within 1-2 business days from the time of your order you will receive a second email from the shipping company with your tracking details.
- If your order is NOT available for immediate shipment you will be notified within 1 business day that your order is not in stock and that your order is being placed on backorder. Your payment information will NOT be processed. At this time you will be provided with an estimated lead time as to when your order will be available. All lead times are estimates and not guarantees, and are based on business days. Once notified you will have the following three options:
- Change your order
- Cancel your order
- Continue with your order, order will ship when available
